Dietary analysis involves you keeping a detailed and accurate diet diary over a period of 4-7 days. The information is then taken from this and analysed using professional software.
A comprehensive report on the fat, protein, carbohydrate and calorie content of your diet, as well as vitamin and mineral levels is produced and compared to Government Guidlelines and Optimum Nutritional Guidelines. This gives an indication as to whether your diet is providing a healthy balance of all the essential nutrients required by the body
The results of the analysis are explained in a 15 minute consultation and a report provided for you to take away. Alternatively the report can be sent via email and the results explained in a 15 minute telephone consultation.
